  I got your point. Your point is baseless and insane. To say that a man doing this is worse then a woman is CRAZY. Doesn't matter who does it the effects to the child are the same. ABUSE.

  How in the world did you even remotely expect to have a open forum discusion on child abuse by flinging out those types of comments especially here when you know how many of us were abused in this same way.

  Your comments remind me of the WTS. Go get some information and books and read up on exactly what child abuse is. I seriously doubt you can back up your claims that woman doing it is not as bad. And calling molestation of a child seduction vs abuse sounds dangerously close to what the bastards who have done such things to a child would say.

  Don't try that passive aggressive (sorry for posting my opinions) crap either. You threw the first punch.

  I am so pissed off here I can't see straight. More then that I am sick to my stomach. Google you are so unbelievable ignorant it's almost not worth my time or words. Obviously you either don't have children or a child that age. There is no such thing as SEDUCTION of a child that age. There is a word called ABUSE. CHILD ABUSE AND MOLESTATION.

  I digress. I can't help everyone see the damage that is caused by this behavior. Perhaps it stems from the elders asking me in a JC meeting about my molester if I had "flirted" with him and tried to seduce him. Yeah that is exactly what a 10 yr old does. DUMBASS.

  Min I just love your questions. They provoke thought and memories. Sometimes memories best left in the dark cobweb corners of my mind!

  I can remember sitting with 2 hayseed elders. Answering the questions with my best friend. 40 questions? 60? I remember it being a big deal about how many there were.

  I really couldn't figure out the difference between the body/soul/spirit and where it went when you died. The struggle to separate those at 15 was too much. I just bs my way thru it.

  That is why now with my son I explain to him that baptisim is his choice when he is ready. He was baptized in the Catholic Church because he goes to a Catholic church and I didn't want him to feel different when they went thru 1st Communion. I felt different all my childhood so I am making sure he doesn't but I temper that with discussion about what baptisim means and why he should think carefully about it when he gets older and makes a choice of religion.

  When are book studies held?

  i would like to know if there is a certain day that book studies (i.e.

  the group reading of the book of daniel, etc-all jws together) are held.

  when i was dating the jw he always told me book studies were on friday nights and so he couldn't see me on friday nights (unless he wanted sex on a friday night.

  Whose been to Hawaii?

  i'm thinking of taking a vacation to hawaii.

  i've not researched it yet so i don't know which island to stay on and don't know what there is to see or do besides snorkeling and don ho.

  for any who have been, can you share your opinions and perhaps some advice based on your experience in paradise?

  I have been going since I was 7yrs old and have been to all the islands. What I do now and have for the last 12 years is plop my butt in the sand in Maui. I had to give up staying for 3 months at a time when my son started school. Now it's a week here and there. Kannapali is the place to be. Easy shopping/eating/activities/laid back all in one place. You won't go wrong with whatever you do on your first time. I do agree that if you stay in HNL then do drive around the island. HNL really depressed me when I went back there for the first time in years. I can remember when there was only the Royal Hawaiian and the Hali Kalani hotel. Things sure have changed. I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in HNL and loved it.

  for the first time since 2001, i am honestly and truly sick.

  I am sick as a dog and my birthday is Sunday. Gotta rest up for the party tomorrow night!!

  One quick question not to hijack the thread....do they still do written review? My favorite part of that was the clip boards they passed out along with it. Some of them had the best graffiti I had ever read!!! Thinking back I am surprised they passed those out. Was good for a laugh.
