Acts 15:13-19
And after they had become silent, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, listen to me:
Simon has declared how God at the first visited the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name. And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is written:
After this I will return
And will rebuild the tabernacle of David which has fallen down. I will rebuild its ruins, And I will set it up, So that the rest of mankind may seek the LORD, Even all the gentiles who are called by My name, Says the LORD who does all these things.
Acts 22: 21
Then He said to me, "Depart, for I will send you far from here to the Gentiles
Acts 23:11
But the following night the Lord stood by him and said, "Be of good cheer, Paul; for as you have testified for Me in Jerusalem, so you must also bear witness at Rome.
Acts 26:17
I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, "to open the eyes and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.
Acts 28:25
So when they did not agree among themselves, they departed after Paul had said one word: "The Holy Spirit spoke rightly through Isaiah the prophet to our fathers, saying,
Go to this people and say:
Hearing you will hear, and shall not understand; And seeing you will not perceive;
For the heart of this people has grown dull.
Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,
Lest they should understand with their heart and turn, So that I should heal them."
Therefore let it be known to you that the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will hear it!"

1 Peter 1:1-3
Therefore, laying aside all malice, all guile, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking, as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
1 Peter 2:15
For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men- as free, yet not using your liberty as a cloak for vice, but as servants of God. Honor all people. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.

Matthew 19:27-30
Then Peter answered and said to Him, "See, we have left all and followed You. Therefore what shall we have?"
So Jesus said to them, "Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit everlasting life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first.
Mat. 20:1-16
For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. Now when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. And he went out about the third hour and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, and said to them, "You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you. And they went
Again he went out about the sixth and nineth hour, and did likewise.
And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle, and said to them, "Why have you been standing here idle all day?"
They said to him, Because no one hired us. He said to them, "You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right you will receive."
So when evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to the steward, Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first. And when those came who where hired about the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius. But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise received each a denarius.
And when they had received it, they murmered against the landowner, saying, "These last men have worked only one hour, and you made them equil to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day."
But he answered one of them and said, "Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius?
Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the same as to you.
"Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?"
So the last will be first, and the first last.
For many are called, but few are chosen."

Isaiah 28:9-13
Whom will we teach this knowledge?
And whom will we make to understand the message?
Those just weaned from milk?
Those just drawn from the breasts?
For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept,
line upon line, line upon line,
Here a little, there a little.
For with stammering lips and another tongue
He will speak to this people,
To whom He said, "This is the rest with which
you may cause the weary to rest,"
And, "This is the refreshing";
Yet they would not hear.
But the word of the LORD was to them,
Precept upon precept, precept upon precept
Line upon line, line upon line,
Here a little, there a little,
That they might go and fall backward, and be broken
And snared and caught.

Rev.2:18-29
"And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write,
"These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass:
I know your works, love , service, faith and your patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first. Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and beguile My servants to commit sexual immorality and to eat things sacrificed to idols.
And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immoratity, and she did not repent.
Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultry with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds.
And I will kill her children with death. And all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works. But to you I say, and to all the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, and who have not known the depths of Satan, as they call them, I will put on you no other burden.
But hold fast what you have till I come. And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations-
He shall rule them with a rod of iron; As the potter's vessels shall be broken to pieces'- as I also have received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."
2 Peter 1:19-21
We also have the prophetic word made more sure, which you do well to heed as a LIGHT THAT SHINES IN A DARK PLACE, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;
knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophesy never came by the will of man, but men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit
2 Peter 2:1-3
But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgement has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.

When I was growing up in Yellowknife N.W.T., there were scriptures painted on a lot of the rocks, large rock faces actually.
I hadn't even remembered it until you mentioned it. I guess it is hard to say if it is prophetic, but it doesn't hurt, does it?

Dear Little Toe,
When they don't, is it because they don't hear the Spirit or don't hear you?
To answer your question, it could be both at the same time.
Is that persecution, or sense prevailing?
To answer your question, it could be both at the same time.
Either way it could be that you don't hear the Spirit.

7. Impersonating or falsely claiming to represent a person or organisation.
Dear Little Toe,
I believe what I am saying, I am not being false. I am quoting scripture, I am not impersonating or representing anyone false.
Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel,
And his Redeemer, The Lord of hosts:
I am the First and I am the Last;
Besides me there is no God.
And who can proclaim as I do?
Then let him declare it and set it in order for Me,
Since I appointed the ancient people.
And the things that are coming and
shall come,
Let them show these to them.
Do not fear, nor be afraid:
Have I not told you from that time, and
declared it?
You are My witnesses.
Is there a God besides Me?
Indeed there is no other Rock;
I know not one.
