they have been spy open.. .

I was years and years ago. The elders staked out my house. I left with a girl and drove down the road. I noticed headlights behind me and looked and recognized the elder's car. I sped up but because of the snowy roads I drove into a poll. Funny story. No damage to the car, myself and the girl were OK.

What is your town or area's claim to fame?

every where you live, the local area has something about it that is either famous for something good or something bad.

as an example, you go to one town and it may have the historial site of a famous war battle.

you go to another an it might be the place something was invented, or the birthplace of someone famous.

I would suggest that anyone interested in reading the book and want's something to warm them up to it to watch "The root of all Evil" which was Dawkin's documentary on Britain's channel 4. I'd almost call it the God Delusion in two hours as many of the points he discusses in the book he also brings out in the documentary. I've provided the links below.

Are parents allowed in their teenagers judicial meeting?

by RULES & REGULATIONS in

a 16 year old girl was recently disfellowshipped from my congregation.

i was told by some busybodies that she had a ''wordly'' boyfriend and that she committed fornication.now she sits home alone while her parents attend 3 meetings per week.. my questions are:did the elders meet with the parents first to let them know what the offense was?

were her parents told what the judicial meeting would be about and how it works?

They would be permitted due to the "headship" arrangement. Her father is her "head" therefore responsible for her actions.
