Bird Owners: Avian Roll Call
by RAYZORBLADE intime to let our feathered friends get some notice here.. for those of you avian lovers/bird owners - what kind of bird do you own?.
i should re-word it, because they seem to 'own' us.. i have 3 birds: 1 female cockatiel (a rescued footless darling) called, nimh; 2 female budgies (1 rescued) named, baby and blue.
2 years ago you may remember i had a budgie named: busy.

Beer is my pain killer ...
by kwintestal injust got back from a ball hockey game with a bunch of friends from high school.
most of them i haven't really spent any time with in about 12 years.
two things i immediately noticed, i'm out of shape and it's easy to pick things up where you left off years earlier.

Heh. No. Drinking and making things to parent. We have a lovely barrier island here, I used to boat out with my lovely lady on Friday evenings and stay till Sunday. Meet with friends. Beaches, tents, campfires, booze, moonlight, phosphorescent water (plankton), the sound of waves, and seclusion.
I am a daddy now.
