a well known apologist og and greatly respected elder in norway and a schoolar at the university of oslo.

he does not compleatly agree with the fds in all cases i guess, and lately he has spoken up in his local congo about 3 subjects.. # 1. education.

Jesus Camp

did anyone see the movie called jesus camp?

it was on bio channel last night, very creepy these poor kids are so deep in this cult like christian religion.

my wife and i were shocked at what they put these kids through, there is this one part where they are talking about how evil harry potter is and if he was alive back in jesus time he would have been put to death, then later these kids are talking about harry potter and one kid says that his mom won't let him watch it but when he stays with his dad he watches it, all the kids look at him with this "oh my god he is the devil" look, this movie is a documentary and reminds me of that movie saved.

No, but he was fired from the church when it was found out that he was using the services of a male prostitue and also drugs. A short time later though he did a program that officially "de-gayed" him (not making that up).

Luckily this camp was closed because of this movie. Seems that most people didn't like what they were doing so much.

How do you confront someone abusing their daughter?

seeing how child abuse has affected many people here, i am hoping for some advice.

we have friends of our family that have it on good authority that a father is abusing his four year old daughter.

he's always seemed rather creepy to me, which is a bit of the problem.

I wouldn't give them any chance to coach the girl regarding what to say. Call Children's Aid and get them in there ASAP.

Odd JW visit today

there was a knock on the door this morning.

i was expecting a parcel so eagerly went to the door to find a lone man in a suit standing there.

he asked if i spoke spanish, to which i said "no.

So ....... using JW reasoning, you're going to get roasted at Armageddon because you live in a house where Spanish-speaking people were supposed to live? Harsh.

Yep. That was my chance. He said Jehobah's name and I refused him by not speaking Spanish. Take me now Satan.

When I was in a Spanish congregation we were not "allowed" to offer English literature. We were to leave those for the english speaking congregation

Really? That just seems odd. Didn't Paul say something about making sure no oppourtunity gets wasted?

He's a slacker! You should write to Bethel and complainabout poor customer service.

Bethel and I aren't getting along so well lately. I think I'll let this one go.
