  Do some WT phrases make you squirm?

  for me it's "the doors of the ark are closing.

  i can never forget as a child, being forced to see the graphic images in the publications showing families, mothers with little babies clinging to a rock and others drowning as the ark floats away.

  fathers shaking their fists at god for destroying their families... it's like some of the little mind control still functioning in there somewhere causing a kneejerk reaction of uneasiness.... are there any others that bug you?.

  "the organization" is enough to make me squirm. The idea that they talk like God works through something that sounds more like a business.

  so.............im divorced, have 3 kids, lived in florida for 15 years, now back home in wi.

  Has Anyone Got Any Proof That The Society Monitors Apostate Web Sites?

  i am extremely skeptical about this, yet people on this forum seem to talk about it as though it were a fact.

  so has anyone got any actual concrete proof?

  "Would you accept what a Jehovah's Witness says on their say-so? " So why would you ask for proof from us on our "say-so" if we are "as bad as Jehovah's Witnesses"?

  What a pleasant suprise to wake up and find another one of these threads...I wish I could stay home from work and goof around on this thread...it's too much fun..definetely took some of the suckiness out of my Monday morning yesterday!!!

  I probably don't know ya then..The ones I attended were actually mostly in Mississippi and attended a few once or twice in Memphis when we couldn't make it to Mississippi that day.

  I love TN by the way, miss the state quite a bit even though I wasn't there for that long.
