there's a lot of rumble in the grapevine of jws that there difinitely is a new bible that 'mother' is releasing at the upcoming agm.. it would be awesome if we could get a sneak peek at some of the changes.

sure would be nice if some of the lurkers on this forum who work at bethel in the writing, shipping or printing department could help us out.

this would really irritate 'mom'!.

In the hunt for Osama Ben Ladin, it was woman searchers that came up with the idea to follow the couriers and tracing their movements and activities, so they zeroed in on his whereabouts.

To scoop the WTB&TrackSociety, what indications are evident that points to a new Bible. movements of paper, ink, staff, comments from Gov Bod, Printing press modifications etc. Would it be ethical and theocratic to try bribery? People like Randy Watters would know what to watch for if a new Bible was in the works.

I don't think anyone posting here as pointed out the following.
This comment by O'Brian is not saying that only two cases have been reported and investigated, period. If the two guilty cases were disfellowshiped then there were two witnesses to the molestation, otherwise they would not be disfellowshiped. How often are there two witnesses to a molestation? By his comments he is hiding all the numerous cases where there were not two witnesses to the crime. Probably in the two cases he cited, the perpretrator confessed as the second witness along with the victim's accusation as the first witness
In other words he is saying that there has only been two cases of child abuse where there were two witnesses. All the other cases where there is only one are swept under the carpet, and not counted.
I hope this is clear.

"Millions Now Living Will Never Die," Predicted the Watctower before 1914.

predicted the watctower falsely predicted before 1914 that,"millions now living will never die" before 1914. its now a year before we hit 100 years mark.

was god's or god's holy spirit guiding them when they falsely predicted that prophesy?

what is your reaction or perspective on this big lie?.

When Joe Rutherfored, first gave his "millions never dying" he said "Millions now living MAY never die"

When later they saw how big a splash they made, they changed the title of the booklet to:" Millions now living WILL never die"

I wish to comment on Oubliet's and Sir82's post.

You indicate that there is some contradiction between The Governing Body as the slave and other anointed assistants also being a part of that "Faithful Slave"

Before David Splane was appointed to the Governing Body he was named as a "helper" to the governing body as posted on this board some years ago.

The GB has to perpetuate itself as members die off. They have to have others that qualify waiting on the sidelines to replace the ones dying off. So these ones groomed as replacements could with a stretch be considered as part of the gov. body, also.

I have reread all the posts above.

The book is copywrited. My wife signed overthe rights of her artistry to the publishers. If any one knows the poster "Nathan Natas" who lived in Seattle, he would have all the details. I don't remember his real name, just his JWN name.

The book, A People for his name , was re-published several years ago. There used to be a poster on this forum called Nathan Natas. He republished the book for the Author, Timothy White, using Lulu. My wife painted the portraits of the three presidents on the cover. The author named on the original book was not the author's real name, because at the time he wanted to keep his true identity a secret. On the new edition his true name was on the title.

About the 16 pg mags

just flipped through the feb awake and the feb 1 public wat.

first time since they went to 16 pages.

my first impression was the large amount of blank space in both mags, really wasted space.
