  JW's in the cinema

  there is this funny anecdote i remember from my jw days that i would like to tell:.

  in the mid seventies there was a french movie released over here about .

  the story of david & goliath,and some jw's of our congregation wanted to see it.. now this movie of which i forgot the title was nothing special but as is usual .

  There is this funny anecdote I remember from my JW days that I would like to tell:
  
  In the mid seventies there was a French movie released over here about
  the story of David & Goliath,and some JW's of our congregation wanted to see it.
  Now this movie of which I forgot the title was nothing special but as is usual
  in cinemas some trailers of future releases are shown before the main movie.
  One of these trailers happened to be one for a porn-movie,(It was for one of
  those Tiroler soft porn movies which were very popular in the seventies.)
  So before the dubs could watch their bible movie they had to sit this one out
  or leave the theatre.
  Some JW's had already been to a previous showing and I can clearly remember that
  this was talked about alot at that time,and a friend of mine clearly did *not*
  walk out as he was able to recount in detail what was being shown in the
  trailer or preview.
  Maybe it was too cold outside the theatre,but I suspect many JW's chose to watch,
  I know I did :-)
  Anyone else who has stories about JW's in the cinema?

  i was sucked in once, while i was working at my store that i managed years ago a middle aged man in a suit bought an outfit from me.

  I almost joined up with them,but it turned out to be just another cult,albeit one who I considered to be

  diametrically opposite to the JW's,and that was what probably attracted me to them...

  >Spiders of that size routinely invest my bathroom at home. Which kinda sucks when you're sitting on the toilet and they come running out >between your feet and scare the **** out of you. Let's just say that you finish what you were doing much faster than you intended to... So they must be a good remedy against constipation,I guess :-)

  you will have to download from the non members link.. once you have the above program you need the games...................i like the following sites............ http://www.clubi.ie/ogiee/ankman/ (no membership required to download).
