I've been told I can cook a couple good things. If there was a new recipe book...I'd submit something.

I don't know about all animals. Honestly, I'm not big on them but my mom has had a cat since I was 15. It's about 15-16 years old now. I'm pretty sure this cat has feelings even though she's getting senile. She always knows who to go to for petting. She also knows who to avoid.
She's really old now and a couple months ago we thought she was going to die. BUT the cat came back the very next day...I'm sorry. Anyway, she keeps crapping and throwing up everywhere...mostly when she's kicked out of my mom's kitchen. From what I've seen the cat smells chicken cooking or even stuff cats arent supposed to eat and runs into the kitchen, cat gets kicked out of the kitchen......cat craps in the middle of the living room. Happens every time. She is one vindictive little bitch. -

I'm so bummed...
by forsharry intook my firefighter physical agility test today.
got to the second part, the hose pull...and then crashed and burned.

sharry'll figure out everything. Sheesh she actually had the guts to go out for something like that.
BUT conf 101...it is perplexing that she was the only female and forced to go first. It's kinda like that made for tv movie years back with Nacy McKeon...or whatever her name was--Jo from Facts of Life--she's trying to become a firefighter and is not only made a spectacle of but is given harder tests than the men. Uh, sorry I brought that up....it wasn't a good movie even for made for tv Lifetime standards. -

If you're using a mac don't bother. You won't find emoticons or other forum tools on any server.

ah, sharry...we all fail at things now and then. If this is really something you want to do you'll try again. And even if it doesn't turn out you'll chuck it up to experience. That's a really good experience! How many of us go through that kind of test? At least you had the guts to try for it in the first place.

then they ask a question of their own.. i'll start, .

How do you give a cat a pill?
by Elsewhere inmy cat is a little sick (all sorts of nasty things coming out the business end .
i was also given some pills that need to be administered once a day... but she will pitch an absolute fit when i try to stick it down her mouth.
she always manages to bring it back up and slobber it onto the floor.

You either have to force it down OR crush it and mix it in with some high grade tuna or real chicken....something the cat can't resist.
Only problem with that is... the cat might expect more of the good stuff. -

Josie- What I saw with my nephew after being taken off of medication vs. just talking to him about problems was drastic. On medication he'd cry constantly, say he was stupid, not want to talk to anyone, and sometimes try to hurt himself. Now (off medication) none of that is true...and for a kid that didn't really talk until he was 4 he won't shut the hell up...I'm serious this kid constantly sings to himself and thinks "BIG SOUNDS!" (his words) are better than being quiet.
My oldest nephew (12) was just recently diagnosed with a learning disability but he's doing okay with extra help from his teachers and my younger brother helps him with homework twice a week.
It can all be taken care of.
