  This piece of trash GB dirtball talks about truth. What the hell does Watchtowerism have to do with the truth.

  Let's call watchtower, and ask if they can answer a few questions truthfully.

  Here are two.

  Did agents or officers, on behalf of Watchtower Bible & Tract Society, supply to the United Nations Department of Public Information, the Awake of November 22, 1998 for their files?

  Was the above article composed for the purpose of demonstrating to the United Nations Watchtower's compliance with 'Criteria of Association" (UN document) ?

  StephaneL thanks for that. I totally understand. I really do. I understand the whole thought process. I am sure there are many, many persons going through it right now.

  I can remember how I felt, when I first began to see stuff. I remember, even when I received a reply from the branch that told me to shut up and sit down, that somehow, some way, they would 'come around'. I still wanted to believe that the Org was THE place to be.

  last april, the pa attorney general’s office established a toll-free phone number for survivors of child sex abuse (who were pa residents, or were abused by someone in pa) to call if they wanted to file a report of being sexually abused or molested as a child under 18 no matter how long ago the abuse happened or no matter who committed the abuse.. .

  the ag’s office is asking victims from all the places/institutions and all the alleged criminals that have literally gotten away with soul murder.

  hopefully, the ag’s office will be able to take further steps to expose the criminals and the criminal institutions that aided and abetted the perps.. .

  When it comes to talking to to dubs about stuff that will open their eyes, it's almost always true that they will stick the sHtick to you. The trick would be to make the sHtick stick to them, so they can take it with them when they go.

  If you talk to them about the Generations teaching, a real piece of garbage that they have swallowed, they will just stick it on you that YOU have a bad attitude and need to adjust your thinking.

  If you talk to them about the child molestation issues, they will say that YOU have a bad attitude and need to learn to wait in Jehovah.

  But if you tell them that the United Nations has a list of Watchtower articles on file, their curiosity is peaked.

  "Why would they have that?" they would ask? "Are they preparing to try to destroy us?"

  "How do you know this?" ..might be their next question, to which you can reply "I called them..." and/I received a letter and some copies of our articles from the UN.

  I cannot imagine how they can make this factoid stick to YOU.

  And it's just getting going. You add "The brothers from Brooklyn drove across town to the UN to deposit them regularity for a decade."

  Just facts. Facts don't stick to you. Facts stick to them. And they take the sHtick with them when they go.

  "What possible purpose could the brothers have?" they might opine in disbelief.

  The door is wide open. The proof is undeniable. Open up he articles in the bound volumes. Gently give a few more factoids regarding the content and the purpose.

  The facts have nothing to do with the messenger. They exist all on the own. It's not a matter of opinion. It's a smoking gun pointing to the GB's betrayal of all dubs.

  Once this is in their ear, it's never coming out.

  Schnell, thanks for the pics. It really brings it home. I was sitting at the Silverdome in Pontiac Mich, USA and I remember it like yesterday that the Rev. Climax book was released. I hit that thing with enthusiasm.

  It didn't take long, I began to see conflicts.

  So I wrote to the Society about one. You can guess their answer to my pointing out to them of the conflict found in the book.

  2 Timothy and foolish questioning our dear bro.

  I could see right then their destain for the truth. I also could see how the elders reacted demonstrated that they were 'men pleasers'.

  Happeanna, I have used those things many times. They are very useful. I have to add, that bringing this stuff up, any of it, makes JWs skin crawl. It's like peeing on their security blanket. They will talk to you less, and talk to others ABOUT you more.

  I think the result is different if you tell a dub that the UN has a list of Watchtower literature and if they are curious, then you can add that Brooklyn willingly supplied it to the UN.

  Go from there.

  Blues brothers. I hear ya.

  That is exactly why I went to the UN. That is exactly why I am stirring this pot. That's it in a nutshell. You are singing my song here.

  What those who say "big deal" don't get is that Watchtower publications were designed for and submitted to the UN DPI.

  They can ignore much. The question is, can they ignore the Awake, or the other articles, that extol the UN and which were submitted to the UN.

  Why has the UN got copies of all these articles that so bravely extol the virtues of the UN?

  Can they ignore that? I think not so easily.

  Can they answer the question Why would the GB send a brother from 25 Columbia Heights across town to the UN to bring them Awake magazines. Was the UN on their magazine route?

  Isnt the UN the enemy that is supposed to attack us JDubs soon? Why are we giving the enemy articles, and articles that praise them?

  I know. 50 years in and still counting.... I understand.

  So, tell here in a way that she understands. Open the bound volume of the Awake for November 22, 1998 and show here the article preaching favorably about the UN.

  Tell her that the Watchtower sent a brother from 25 Columbia Heights HQ across town to the UN to supply the Beast with this article and others.

  Ask her why the UN has these articles. Ask her why the GB would do this.

  It has to touch her flesh. She has to have sensory input. She cannot ignore the article, or the fact that the GBozos supplied this to the UN

  The articles are the betrayal. And it goes deeper since they produced them for The Beast

  Why? Interesting...

  One can argue till you're blue in the face about 607/587. They can't see it. It's a waste of time. Why... because it's abstract. It doesn't touch their flesh.

  Much, I'm sorry, like the child about abuse scandal. Witnesses don't view child abuse as serious. Why... because society at large doesn't. Not historically anyway. Look at the slaps on the wrists that society has handed out for this crime in the past.

  And the generation teaching... Look at this overlap crap. Witnesses slug it down. Even the "educated" ones.

  The UN thing... I remember when it broke. Even the ones on the forums, never mind the burned in dubs, discounted it. Because they didn't understand it. Over time, that changed for many.

  And now, I am trying to get people to recognize how important it is to have the entire list of Watchtower publications that were designed, printed and disseminated for the sole purpose of meeting the UN's "Criteria of Association" and nobody seems to care.

  How is your mom supposed to "get it", the seriousness of the Watchtower's affiliation with the UN, the Scarlet Colored Wild Beast, if even the people on the board do not understand the level of betrayal we experienced at the hands of the GB...?

  Watchtower literature is, supposedly, "spiritual food at the proper time" from a God appointed, latter day prophet. Yet it was printed for the UN. That's like poison, no...?

  Some people are still getting the UN thing. When I was at the UN a few months ago, the representative of the UN DPI that I had a meeting with for two hours, told me that he still gets calls weekly about it, till this day!

  It may not matter to anyone on this board, because it's old news. But it sure as hell matters to somebody just finding out. And it's not "open to interpretation". Watchtower freaking did it. It was done. And I do not want Watchtower to 'get away with it'. I want to nail their hydes to the wall and run their shorts up the flagpole.

  Maybe if your mom had been helped by reading all the articles that were submitted to the UN to establish their affiliation, then she might finally "get it"

  Interesting replies, especially from those who have put their suggestions to work "in the field".

  That said, I am hoping for a little activist froth. I think that having the complete list of articles submitted to the UN will go to demonstrate conclusively that the Watchtower intended to curry favor with the United Nations.

  They used their publications, that which is supposed too be "spiritual food at the proper time" for Christ's flock, to feed, not the flock, but the Scarlet Colored Wild Beast.

  Is anyone interested in seeing The List?
