Verbally threatened once on a RT on a Sunday arvo, the husband answered the door in a dressing gown looking very sweaty and when we asked for his wife he turned nasty.
Physically threatened just the one time when the home owner shook a cricket bat at us.
i went to the beach once with a friend of mine and judah ben schroeder.. i was not attracted to him sexually.. i was not attracted to my friend sexually.. the water was warm.
my friend's mother was there but is dead now.

i will begin by stating that i have been an inactive jw for about four years now and i currently have no plans on returning to the organization at this juncture.
i have read many of your experiences with the jw's and wts and i can certainly understand the rage, hatred, depression, anxiety, and sense of hoplessness as a result of your association with the jw's.
personally, i have had simliar experiences with the jw's such as an elder constantly chastising me for every "bad" thing i did by always informing me that " if i continued on the course i was on i would be destroyed at armeggedon.

I suffered from this too, bullying Elders that made me feel so worthless and useless that I ended up thinking "sod it, I'm a usless witness" and I walked away.
All the hours dubs spend in FS trying to gain members when they can't even look after the ones they have !

do the jw's in your community have an overall good reputation?.
are they generally known for helping their neighbors in times of need?.
are they known as people who contribute and give back to the local community?.
The town I used to live in (and still work in) has banned their door to door work.
Is that legal? Can you fill us in on more detail?
Dubs love that sort of persecution, why aren't they out doing door to door in spite of the ban?

it did not define what a jw was to consider a 'demon attack' and could well explain why the average jw considers their car breaking down, on their way to fs an out and out attack from satan and his deemunz!.

I live in London (Though its not included in the area list on this site ) Dubs are pretty much invisible here. The only time you'll see or hear anything about them is during the District convention season when the local news will sometimes run a story on the big meetup.
I live just 10 minutes walk from a kingdumb hell yet I've not sen a dub doing the doors in over 8 yrs.
i only ever met one jewish lady at the door, and i had no clue at the time that they were the original people of jehovah (education by awake), but she very politely snotted me off.
i'm just curious whether anybody knows what jewish people think of jw's, if they do at all?
are jw's the ultimate blasphemers?
But how do modern day Jews view the use of the name Jehovah though?
