Getting the ball rolling with dubs in FS

hope everyone's weekend is going well so far.

anyway, i just had two brothers show up at my door, and i was planning to bring up an issue they couldn't solve and befuddle and confuse them.

but, wouldn't ya know it, i couldn't just blurt out, "how do you explain the 1914 teaching?

Hi Guy,

I' ve had the same problem in the past. Generally i let them stumble through their introduction then, ask them if they are jws. At this point i usually say... oh i used to be a jw.. they will then say oh really why did you leave... enabling you to say for example.."well a few reasons but i never quite understood the generation and 1914 could you explain it for me".

I find this method easier than just dropping a bomb on them... doing that tends to set their apostate alarm bells ringing. Let them feel they are in control, answering questions with questions is always easier.

i left the jws 7 years ago and still have a sister in there.. my mother has also now left and as a result has been banned from seeing her grandchildren by my sister, yet her father inlaw a jw and convicted peodophile ( he repented so its all ok now!!!

) can have unrestricted access because he's part of jehovahs wonderfull organization.

Its crazy to think that we are considered a bigger danger to them than someone like that.

Anyway i moved accross town a few years ago and now am in another cong's district, i' ve only had a couple of visits from the hovahs in that time, unfortunetly i never get a return visit but have great fun when they call.

BTW One of my old elders was convicted eairlier this year of indecent assualt of two children in my old cong and had other wittnesses give character referances saying how wonderful he was and they would leave children in his care.

Oh yeah just heard my old cong just been kicked out of the building they use as a kingdom hall,
