Why is Hope a good quality?

looks like someone on this forum hates this word hope.

hope is a great thing to have for all christain.. it is one of the best things a true christain can have.. the bible gives us alot of hope.. lets use it in our everyday lives.

we have bible understanding threw research do we not?

I know that the Watchtower provides me hope.

How do you find hope? I am asking all you ex-jws. Without the hope of everlasting life everything is vanity in Gods creation. Soon all will know who Jehovah is once more. Math 24:14 states that "This good news will be preached to all and then the end will come."

Where else can you find one orginization that studies the same thing around the globe at the same time? If you go to another religion they will have some other thing to say than the same religion in another town. Jehovah made it possible to have unity on a wicked earth.

If I had no direction I would be lost and trying to make people feel bad about religion as well. It is so true that young people have less concern about the need for spiritial things.

So much to learn about Jehovah and some people want to turn away so they can do whatever they please I suppose.

If it is an issue for some people who can not breath then I would never wear it again.

Many people still keep forgetting to throw away the perfumes and strong fragrances at my hall. It is a big thing in some congregations to wear it. I have heard that most churches stay away from it. Some of my relatives have gotten sensitive due to opperations. My one aunt got her jaw worked on and had plastic implant. My mother had cancer. If it is not one thing its another like carpet mold, fabreeze, and so forth.

In the bible it shows that it was needed if no one could take a bath.

I think that the elders are affraid to say anything so they do not stumble anyone new in the congregation.

Please give me positive feedback for a way to resulve the issue of too much chemicals at the public meetings.

Why would they go to the elders first? I would think it would be a good idea. My neice was brought to her drumming lessons one day and then she took off west to kansas. She is 15 years old and she wanted to run away since she could not get a boyfriend. They called the police to track her down fast. I would have to say calling the police can help the tracking part but then go to the elders for emotional support. It would be a good idea to go to the elders after that police call is made just for that emotional support. My sister did not depend on the elders one bit since they do not accomidate her illness being sensitive to perfumes. That is one case the young witnesses have and even the older ones. They are so affraid of stumbling new witnesses.

It would be better to track down the child molester fast and go to court. But even if they are caught here in the States they get only a year or so for the sexual assault.

I never thought that I would HAVE to go to the elders for that kind of situation. They are there if they are needed for spiritual and emotional support in my book.

Just my two cents worth.

If God Is Love...

Ok I better make this short and tidy since alot of people love to write down my words then critique it.

True God is mostly the true form of Love, an unconditional Love. God only loves those who are his friends the most. But God keeps track of all the hairs on our heads! He is not partial as well.

Would there be room for any negative love? He wants us to love him since he made all things. Would you be happy if you made something and it didnt care about you or even curse you? Anywho I think It is a big part of Jehovah to be jelouse since he does deserve all our praise and not to worship false gods first or slave for riches.

I know that Jehovah wants us to be happy since he made us well. We could be eating one fruit to keep us alive or have one person we can be friends with.

I am glad we can have one marrage mate in the new system of things. There would be no reason to be jelouse and kill our partner.

I was on vacation. Why should I be here everyday.

And if I could be aloud to refraise my post here. No one can prevent the perfect crime since there are alot of mad people in the world including the angry ex jehovahs.

This one country will not use the stamps with Jehovah Gods name on it. If God was referred to as only God then some people might get confused and think it was any god.

maybe I will try to start a thred on that.

Other than pay taxes for these hidden crimes I have not been able to do anything. Seems to me no one can do anything to prevent any crime since we live in this bad world. Where have you been at, disneyland?

here is what this "special topic" describes with deadly false propaganda.. "a person might ask why we would single out the witnesses in this matter.

as with other fundamentalist cults, the watchtower goes by the bible advice only when it comes to exposing crimes regarding children or anyone else, that there must be two or more witnesses to a crime.

since abuse and molestation are rarely seen by anyone other than the perpetrator and the victim (and the victim will rarely testify against himself), perhaps hundreds or thousands of cases have gone unpunished, and the perpetrator has not been brought to the police, and the congregation has not been told.

Let me fix my mistake. I wanted to say I am NEW to the subject but I want to find out everything I can.

I am sure It is not entirely the JW doctrine at fault here. I know that It sounds like a huge coverup since JW's are expected to settle the issue as a group. I believe part of the answer can come from stopping the cycle of the source and telling as many people that you can If you have been abused in any way. If the child can not speak then I hope that God could do something about the molester in the future. We are all going to have a second chance to be perfect in Gods due time. Thanks for reading.

I am sorry If some people got a little overheated on this issue. I am sure It needs to be looked into. I am now to the subject but I want to find out everything I can.

Children are our future and Satan preys on such ones. I am truly sad of this.
