While "schadenfreude" is often used directly in English, it's technically a German word. The closest English equivalent would be "pleasure in another's misfortune" or "malicious glee"

I don't understand that the WTS is encouraging jws to make contact with df'd relatives and then telling to end contact with those who have just stopped attending and/or participating, but not saying things against the WTS and are leading a life that they could be df'd.

But if you know how to use the search, and won't be triggered going to Watchtower Online Library, you could search by "quota" and "hours" and see what pops up in those years.. WT 2/15/52 p. 120 "Many high schools close their doors to the pupils in the early afternoon, and some of the summer pioneers who are now going back to school find it possible to get in their 60-hour quota by spending a few hours in the afternoon and evening in the field service, and particularly on week ends." or "quota" "hours" and start with the oldest.
