  we all know the society would love to get rid of all the problems caused by clinging to 1914 and all they claimed it meant for the last 100+ years.. it looks like they are laying the groundwork for easing away from the whole concept of 1914. this would also let them do away with the ridiculous "overlapping generation" bullcrap.

  what a diaper load that has been.... anyway, the following is from their super secret marching orders for april, 2019. draw your own conclusions.... "3.

  “100 years of faithfulness”: the coordinator of the body of elders, or another elder, should be invited to read the following special announcement.

  There are several errors contained in that 2 page letter. Remember, the Watchtower is out for Reddit's blood, and sending out a "bait" announcement letter would make for a good set-up.

  Notice the word Salve....instead of Slave

  Notice the comma after....April 1st, on both pages. See the difference?

  Notice the space between some of the words that are of importance.

  If the letter is real, then it was done in haste without proof reading or spell checking, and is just a typed copy. Not something normal for the Watchtower.

  I would use "caution" concerning that letter, and I would certainly NOT post it anywhere.

  sacha parkinson, from tyldesley, will introduce the showing of apostasy at leigh film society tonight.. the critically-acclaimed film, made by first-time manchester director daniel kokotajlo, tells the dark tale of a family of jehovah’s witnesses who have to choose between family and faith.

  sacha, who is best known to tv viewers as sian powers from coronation street, plays the key role of luisa, the elder of two sisters who is expelled from the strict religious group as she has become pregnant outside of marriage and intends to keep the baby.

  The Anointed Apostate: the Remarkable Sister Pettifog

  (on the anniversary of my jw best friend's death, i've reached into my archive to replay this incident in his honor)

  the remarkable sister *pettifog*.

  this morning i arrived on my bicycle at the local starbucks early and took up a seat at the outdoor table in the fresh air.. that’s when it happened--a group of 3 older ladies at one of the other tables outside rose to leave and one of them walked over to my table and spoke directly to me.
