Help finding a BOE Letter

there was a letter that i recall that called out parents who allow a family member to live in their home who continues to 'live a debauched life of sin' would result in a talking too by the jdub police or even a possible committee formed.. any help is appreciated if you can reference for me..thanks!.

Video stream of D/Convention this year?
by BluesBrother ini wonder if anyone has a link to an uninterrupted stream of the district convention sessions this year.?
in times past they were all on youtube or a site called wts archive..... but not this time.
has anybody got more information?

Assembly Question
by Marphiny ini just recently attended a circuit assembly and they asked that you did not share any video with anyone and i’m just wondering why this is .

Just think of what it costs a JW to go to a convention or assembly.
and
Just think how much money the Watchtower makes from their conventions and assemblies.
A JW is NOT going to go to a convention or assembly and burden all that cost, if they can sit in their living room smacking down buttered popcorn and see the convention FOR FREE!
The Watchtower is also afraid that in some way apostates will get a-hold of one of their videos and "alter" it in some way to make the Watchtower look bad to the public.
The Watchtower lives in FEAR and therefore so do JW's.
Atlantis....(You know, that buttered popcorn sounds good about right now!)

Here is a zipped folder of files including the S-180 and some other BOE's and so forth. There is one file in there called "Disaster Relief Fraud" that has some scans and forms you might want.
The DC-50-E form has a grey box for the volunteer to check.The brochure "Jehovah's Witnesses and Disaster Relief" might be a little tricky to get, because it was printed mainly for government officials. (From your link: It was especially prepared for government officials in the United States who oversee emergency management efforts.)

he was giving us attendance and baptism info and this was a side note... it is noted by another that when the question was asked after assembly was over, non seemed to hear the change.
