This came from a private message requesting the convention talk and copy of the resolution. It was discussed here many years ago.
But that's ok blondie, we still have plenty of coffee and sweet rolls when your ready. We are just coping with these pesky hurricanes rolling through our area.

The school overseer, the auxiliary counselor, or another qualified elder will discuss a speech quality based on the Ministry School textbook. (In congregations with a limited number of elders, qualified ministerial servants may be used.)

AUXILIARY COUNSELOR: The body of elders may select a capable elder, if one is available in addition to the school overseer, to handle the assignment as auxiliary counselor.
13. Life and Ministry Meeting Overseer: An elder selected by the body of elders will serve as the Life and Ministry Meeting overseer. He is responsible for ensuring that this meeting is well-organized and handled according to these instructions. He should maintain good communication with the auxiliary counselor. As soon as the Life and Ministry Meeting Workbook for a given month becomes available, the Life and Ministry Meeting overseer will make the student assignments for that month. (See paragraph 4.) so this:this seemingly innocent fact would jolt jehovah's witnesses into a near panic.
i know because i was there.here are the facts as i remember them.______the jehovah's witness, bishara sirhan unfortunately had a reputation in his neighborhood and community for being excitable, even volatile at times.

over the years, i've gotten lots of grief from the local elders and cos for my inactivity, attending wordly public events and social media posts.
