  i tried a google search like i always do , jwd jw, and all i got was links to the official jw.org website.

  Yes, it would be nice if the authorities taught the Tower that they are not above the law. If the letter is true and the provisions are from Jehovah, then perhaps Jehovah is using the USDA as his channel to care for people instead of the Watchtower.
