Do COs and Branch Officials Have A Rulebook?

do cos and their superiors have a similar written set of guidelines setting out everything they're supposed to be on top of?.
what prompted the question was a statement by jehovax that there is a new elders manual coming out due to the new changes.

Thank you for the kind words LHG! Petra is doing very well and in her 4th year of Medical Training and college education. (Working on her 2nd Masters Degree. I think it takes 8 years to become a Doctor, but I could be wrong on that, I am not sure about the laws in Switzerland.)
Petra checks up on me from time to time to make sure I am not getting into any trouble. My wife (Nevada) does the same thing.
It's as if the Ladies in my family are keeping a close eye on old Grandpa. They are always sending me suggestions on good food to eat to keep me healthy.
They always want me to drink water with a little vinegar in it to keep cleaned up inside. They say the vinegar can clean your veins and stuff. They want me to take 2 salmon oil capsules every day because it is supposed to be good for your heart.
Petra misses you LHG! You were always good for her and gave her good advice.
She sends everybody big HUGS!

Again, More confusion about the direction of the Watchtower Society
by Truth and Justice inhi friends, i have not been on this board in awhile, and i would like to get some thoughts from some of you.
i have noticed a change within my 4 siblings in approximately the last year and a half to 2 years regarding their communication with my mother and i. they have either phoned us, texted, emailed, or written a letter or card to us.
the conversation has been good, and on any topic that comes to mind.

I know JW's who will tell an Elder to his face (You are "not" telling me that I can not associate with my son or daughter or relative. They are my blood take your rules and ram them up your ass!)
I know a sister right now who has told her JW husband that she will tell an elder those very words if an elder starts any crap with her. The husband prays that they will not get a shepherding call, because his JW wife visits with her disfellowshipped daughter all the time.
There are JW's out there who ARE NOT going to be told that they can not associate with their loved one. Period!

The 2023 October Elder Manual has this to say about associating with disfellowshipped and disassociated people.
The two words to look for are: Nonrelative and Relative
If a person associates with a "relative" who is disfellowshipped he or she would not qualify for privileges, but a judicial meeting would "not" be needed, unless there were spiritual conversations going on or fault of the elders was being discussed about the relative being disfellowshipped.
Since JW's know this they are contacting their disfellowshipped relatives occasionally.
A Nonrelative would have different rules and regulations.
