  my parents have noticed my negative and sad attidude lately, whenever were going to the meetings or studying and so on.

  but they just think that i am negative and sad in general.

  i dont think they think that its spesifically because im being dragged to the meetings.. so lately we have had a lot of "serious" talks, because theyre worried for me.

  yeah, I also hear that "AS LONG AS YOU LIVE UNDER MY ROOF" thing almost everytime we have a conflict, lol.

  I havent thought about telling a school counseler, but I might do it now. Although my parents have always raised and told me NOT to talk about JW-stuff with for example my teachers or schoolcounserlers, cause they were afraid that somebody would come and take me away from them.

  Now I see why, they didnt want me to talk to anybody about it, if I had any problems with JW-ism.

  Thanks for all the links - so now I can be prepared with arguements to anything they might throw in my head.

  Hmmm! Just the thought of, waking up saturday morning, hearing the rest of the family getting ready for field service, while I can close my eyes and go to sleep again... now thats paradise!!! Especially if its raining outside...

  I dont feel guilt at all. I feel free (mentally). But in a way I am living a double life until I break the news to mom and pops! right?

  I think Im gonna tell them soon. My mom first, cause shes more soft and I have a better relationsship with her. Then shes probably going to tell it to my dad. But then, the possibility of being kicked out of the house when I turn 18 is going to get even bigger.

  As today, my dad said to me: "Whos going to support you the day you turn 18? Cause Im not."

  uhm- Dustin, good points, I wish I could do that. But as I has posted a many topics before, what if they just make me study and go to the meetings and do field service much ore than before if I told them. A lot of people in here have already said that thats what most likely going to happen...

  but what about now, where theyre actually asking me directly? As Jez said, its tearing me up inside to live a doublelife. Mentally I dont think I can handle the pressure much longer...

  Eat, Drink, and be Merry !!!!

  i remember the jws used to criticize the "eat, drink, and be merry" philosophy "for tomorrow we might die" and i used to think that it was a good thing that i was doing something worthwhile with my life instead of being distracted with the material things, or fleshly things of the world.

  that the philosophy was so fatalistic, that tomorrow we might all be dead and anyone believing in the "eat, drink, and be merry" philosophy were all so hedonistic.

  today, i hear that and have different feelings towards the saying and philosophy.

  Thats right. I always wondered whats actually wrong with celebrating birthday. I know that its a "heathen" tradition, but hell, JWs are allowed celebrating anniversarys right? Which is actually the same with birthdays, although with birthdays you celebrate that a human gets one year older. With anniversarys you just celebrate that a company, building etc. gets older.

  Its the same anyway.

  They even ask me directly if I still want to come to the meetings, if I want to be a JW, if thats why Im sad.

  In this case, would it be good idea to tell them anyway, since theyre actually asking me directly? Or just lie and say its because Im going through a difficult period now as a teenager and blah blah blah...?

  can my dad see what internet sites I have been to?

  im aware that all pages are saved in this special folder, but i just delete it every time i have been on this site.

  my question is, can my dad get a list from the internet company, that contains all the internet sites that have been visited for example the last month?
