  as they are the highest on the evolutionary track next to man i think it proves that males are supposed to dominate women in all aspects of life.

  when i was a bible believer, i accepted the flood.

  the frozen mammoths and seashells on mountaintops were "evidence", but the only needed proof was simply that the bible said so.

  as a christian, do you believe the flood story?.

  LOL. Okay, I'm a Christian who doesn't believe the global flood happened. Or that the Bible was referring to a local flood because of the contextual problems. Or that Jesus was entirely serious about damning homosexuality. Or that the counsel from the Bible has to be entirely followed. Or that Jesus is the almighty God and all non-Christian religions are wrong. Or that Jesus was really God's "son". Or that he necessarily even existed. But I'm still a Christian, dammit.

  a few months ago, a danish newspaper printed a set of cartoons about mohammad, the most important prophet of the moslem religion.

  a few weeks ago, a small norwegian newspaper followed, and also printed the drawings.

  moslems all over the moslem world are now rallying against both the newspapers and the danish and norwegian governments, which they hold responsible for this.

  i'm so frustrated with the challenges associated with "spreading the bad news about jehovah's witnesses" i find when i debate with a jw in the company of "civilians" (people who know nothing of jw's) they come off smelling like a rose and i seem like a disgruntled nut.. just needed to vent!.

  computer video card question

  ok, i'm looking for a computer geek (c'mon...i know at least a couple of you are...).

  i'm trying to upgrade my video card but i'm kind of limited (i only have pci slots).

  my questions is, the video card i'm looking at has a 64 bit memory interface (whatever that is) and my computer's manual says something about having a 32 bit interface.

  You should really upgrade your motherboard. Kind of a waste to have a sweet vid card that get's bottlenecked by a shitty motherboard. I feel your pain though.. just dropped five hundred bucks upgrading my rig.
