I can relate with this as my youngest son when he was 8 years old was riding his bike and was hit by a drunk driver. You were lucky that a cop was there to see it all happen because the person who hit my son was never caught. There were witnesses but none noticed his license plate and he/she drove off leaving my son there to die. He ended up having some trouble with his brain because he had been hit in the head by the car and we almost lost him too. So I can relate with this and I am glad as hell that sorry sack of shit got caught.

Nearly Lost my Son Yesterday

If they have a nuke, then they do not have a way to deliver it this far. They would have to carry it into the USA and that is not something easy.
You want to bet on that one ? Thousands of illegal immigrants are crossing our borders on both sides everyday. What or who is to say that they are not already here ? If anyone thinks that this country is so tight that it is not possible for a terrorist to cross our borders and set a dirty bomb is fooling themselves.

AN ELDER SPOKE TO ME TODAY

well, this morning i decided to go for a stroll to try and help build up my fitness.
at the bottom of my street lives an elder from my old congregation and i have to pass his house.

JWs are gossip mongers
by unbrainwashed inonce i left the jw social scene and started hanging out with "worldly" people a lot more, i realized that these "worldly" people don't gossip nearly as much as the witnesses.. i didn't realize it at the time but now i can see how much of a gossip-based social structure it all was.
jws absolutely thrive on gossip.
has anyone else noticed this?

how many of you have armed themselves?
by buffalosrfree ini recently bought a high powered rifle and am presently buying a pistol for back-up.
i have a cross bow, a compound bow, and several swords and knives, in fact i have been collecting knives for some time and have learned how to use them in defending myself and in taking the initiative in learning to defend myself.
i am quite versed in using both the croww bow and the compound bow, it seems the goverment doesn't want to defend us and just wants to unarm us.

by misspeaches injust wondering... how many of us had the perfect jw family?.
by that i mean, never in trouble with the elders, no loss of restrictions, no disphellowshippings, disassociatings, fadings, reproof - public or private.. of course most of us fit one of these categories.
what about any other families in your congregations?

Are you kidding ? Lets see my JW mother and her dickhead husband was baptised in 1975, in 1978 and 1979 I smoked pot with them both, all the while my mother was having lesbian sex with her niece. She lies so bad and so much it's pathetic. Gossiper to the extreme and about the most unloving person I have ever met. Now with that just being a drop in the bucket they have never been disfellowshipped. They have gotten away clean from their actions but man if the shoe is on the other foot they will make damn sure that if someone else screws up they run to the elders and snitch. What a lovely freakin family I got in the jehooberism faith. They make me sick and I do not have anything to do with them.

some things are the same (mainly wt policies), and others have changed.
it took 10 years to develop some legal precendents to be laid down in order for lawsuits against the catholic priest pedophiles to move ahead, and some important legal precedents have now been established in court so as to pave the road for effective lawsuits against the watchtower leaders for their complicity in allowing pedophiles to remain in the congregations in good standing, some even as elders.
