Thanks for the info John. I just went to the WI court system website and its not showing any new cases for him so I dont think he got any "deal". I just talked to someone from the national gaurd and asked them the same ?'s and he said there is no way that they would let him in with a warrant. My guess is that this is just another lie of his (his cumpulsive lying problem is part of why I divorced him).

As far as his age, he is only 26 so is within the range, I guess I just wait it out to see.

Since then he still has not paid any support and currently owes me approx. $15,000. Since that thread he has not attempted to see our son, or even call to see how hes doing, doesnt know when he took his first steps or anything else about him at all.

So after 6 months of no contact he pops up on my yahoo messenger and still after 20 minutes and no questions about our son, he says that hes joined the military and is going to be a marine.

My question is this: This man has a warrant for not paying child support, has been sentenced to 6 months in jail and will serve it as soon as he gets caught. He is a nortorious liar and I suspect this is another one of his tall tales. Is it possible for the marines to take someone who has a warrant and is awaiting jail time?

I hate everything that by deadbeat, non child supporting, ex-husband is all about. Im ususally ok, but every six months or so he decides to pop back up and push my buttons for no reason...ASSHOLE!!!

First of all I would just like to say: jh what were you doing on a website for women?

Anyway, this is my sad ass: It's not down to me!

You're not happy because you've never learned the skills to be happy. For some reason, the emotional and practical basics of a contented approach to life have passed you by. Underpinning that lack of skills is the fact that you don't feel you need them. You tend to think that your happiness or unhappiness is not down to you. Your discontentment is down to events beyond your control or to other people; you haven't fully realised that your happiness is in your own hands.

So maybe you need to make some changes to your lifestyle, to the way you handle events or your style of approach with people. Or maybe you've become too focused on yourself - a bit 'me, me, me'. Remember that the basis of true happiness is finding the balance between considering yourself and giving to other people.

i dont know if someone has started a thread about this yet but screw it, if so here's another one.

my cousin, brooke's husband, just called me and told me that brooke is not doing good, she has to have another surgery on her leg next week and she's in a lot of pain and i know once she is feeling better she will appreciate reading everyones thoughts and well wishes so lets give them to her!!!
