  for those of yall that didn't know, kristi was a 37-yr-old ms patient that i took care of for the last year of her life.

  she had a wonderful ribald sense of humor and talked like a sailor at times.

  but it was all to cover up the ultra-sweet and tender heart she had.

  Had the book study (Daniel book) tonight.

  man, i had to read at the book study tonight (which is still at my house btw).. this was the first of the real "meat" of the daniel book (spam more like it, actually).. anyways, for those of you that don't know i am trying to get up the nerve to explain to my wife what i have been learning.

  i found tonight was a good night to make some comments in a non-threatening "book study" environment that she (hopefully) will remember.. this weeks book study lesson is posted here, by the way:.

  That's very sad news. Of course, how many times have we sat thru talks relating an experience where some poor Dub lost his life in an accident or natural disaster and the speaker would say something like..."If only that witness had been at the Kingdum Hall, he/she would have been safe." Here's an example of Dubs trying to make it to an assembly. Where was their protection?

  i work in my parents' hardware store.

  there are a few "friends" from the kh that come in here regularly and they usually stop by the office to say "hi, we miss you, blah, blah...when are you coming back?

  Does being a JW make a person physically sick?

  definitely mentally and more than likely physically.. i have read on a few posts and freeminds about an increase of mental illness amoungst jws of between 2 and 40 % and it seems understandable considering the amount of stress being in the borg puts on people.. but what about physically?.

  what are your experiences since leaving the borg?.

  do you feel well and fitter than ever before?.
