  did the watchtower society ban jw's from owning handguns for self defence?.

  if they did, when did they issue the ban?.

  didn't some of jesus's apostles carry a sword when the group traveled, to protect agains wild animals and human thieves?

  Hi, wen I was a JW I also was a member of a shooting club ( Dutch Marines ) and a collector of antique firearms. I dont think it was a big problem (maby a litle strange).

  I did but lost a lot of mony. I sold my last "put options" a few hours before the planes fly in the towers. If I not did that I was a rich man now (but not happy about the way I had it). Now I am a collector of antique firearms.

  Thanks under74, and Elle, I hope you feel better soon. The Dutch board running in "small circles" and this board in "big one's" so I spend more time here. But I think we shere the same feeling about the "Brooklyn gang".
