about 20 minutes ago, while working in the yard, the banny rooster who is always threatening me and others [we have several free-range chickens not a farm], decided to approach and feign a flogging.

When I was a kid our neighbor had a few chickens and a rooster. I was around 7 and our neighbor would sometimes let us pet the baby chicks. The rooster didn't like it much but he was really respectful of our neighbor. Well one of those days I was petting one a chick while the neighbor went inside and that's when the rooster struck. I didn't see it coming! He jumped on my back and gave me a pretty good scratching.
I got so mad that I chased it and it ran out in the street, where I tripped in the sidewalk and scraped my knee. Needless to say I was owned by a damn rooster. I didn't pet the chicks after that.

Now that I think about it. I don't see the dumping of the body into the ocean as a respect to their customs. It's more like a middle finger to their organization. If they kept the body that still gave some kind of hope of getting it back, even if it slight. It's like saying, "you want it? Go ahead and get it!".
And to the guy who said he's been dead for 6 years. You did know those reports came from the Pakistan press? The very country that was harboring him? Now I wonder someone in that government would want the US to believe that? mmmmm... see! I can speculate too!

Look NeckBeard, when I was younger I would definitely believe any conspiracy theories. But there are major flaws in every one of them. It is all speculation and no hard facts. I understand that you don't believe in the government. They sure can lie, but come on, on another hand you believe without reservation that Osama has been dead for 6 years. Where's the proof in that? Come on dude...
