  Your giving this girl way more credit than she deserves in this given situation.

  She will never get the help she needs until she learns to respect HERSELF and authority.

  She needs to be held accountable for her actions, I think she will think twice before

  pushing and shoving around an officer or anyone for that matter.

  She will learn how to conduct herself in a society that does not care

  what her background is. It's a cruel world,

  the officer had to establish order and after thinking

  about what could have happened if he had not handled it the way he did,

  I find myself having more respect for him.

  She put everyone in a bad situation, including herself.

  And I imagine there were some warnings to use the overhead crosswalk

  before the police ever came out to write citations for jaywalking.

  Do you really think the officer is not going to use the quickest means necessary to bring you into complience?

  And there it is, both girls were completely out of control,

  there was no reasoning with them.

  Back up was not there yet, the cop was outnumbered.

  The girl was in the cop car SMILING when it was all over.

  She was not hurt.

  No bloody nose, no laceration, looked like not swelling or bruising.

  As I said, she was quite pretty.

  I don't think gender or age has anything to do with this,

  A person was assaulting an officer,

  I think he did the best he could to gain control of the situation.

  I am glad he did that instead of tasing her.

  I can see you are very passionate about this as for you it is more of a crime against a woman, and a minor woman.

  They did not behave like children.

  They are both lucky they are still minors and not adults.

  It could go quite differently in court if they were adults.
