We Had a guy who was not a witness but came often who would sometimes wear his Hard Hat that he wore at his Job. He passed out business cards that had Scriptures and Spaceships all over both sides and would often mumble about being on a mission from God. He would flirt with the young Girls and make everyone uncomfortable. He moved away eventualy, thank goodness. seek2find

The strangest looking (and acting) nut jobs you have ever seen at the KH!
by new boy inthere are so many after after 52 years in the "borg".. my top two would have to be at my last hall tigard oregon.. one lady slept in her pickup truck with 30 parakeets, sometimes in the kh parking lot.
people tried to help her with accommodations but she like the truck.
she really dressed up for the meetings......feather boa's, big hats, looked like may west from the 30's.

New Tract
by scotsman inapparently there's a new tract being released as an invitation to the memorial this year.
i gather there was a new tract released to invite people to the conventions last year and this is something similar.

That was kind of like when we are suppose to have a special announcement. Another similaratiy was, the way they seperated completely from the rest of the world. They did it physicaly, witnesses do it spiritualy. The defectors who tried to leave with the congressman were like those who get disfellowshiped because they take up a different beleif system, they can't just leave they have to be shot with the spiritual weapons on the airport runway. Although they were quite a bit different in some ways I think there is a lot of similarities in the mind set. Any one else see any? seek2find

This whole event just goes to show that speakers are not free to say anything that's not on an outline. All of the Sunday talks you hear anymore are outlined. I call it "Religion in a can" prepared for your convience. If you want something home cooked and origional, I guess you have to go to one of those nasty churches of Christendom that are soon to be destroyed (Maybe,untill new light says otherwise) did I say maybe, oh no! forgive me for doubting!!!! The Following E-Mail is currently being circulated. seek2find Hello to all, I sent you an audio and a word doc from a talk that was given at a SAD in Texas. PLEASE DELETE THIS EMAIL AND DO NOT FORWARD IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was just contacted by a friend who informed me of the following: The Governing Body has NOT given its authorization to ANYONE to make the statement you heard/read. Friends have contacted Bethel personally and the Governing Body is requesting that anyone who hears of this/ reads it...should delete any emails and inform everyone that the statement you heard/read is NOT AUTHORIZED BY THE GOVERNING BODY.. I apologize for sending it to you. One would think that if its a talk at a SAD, it would be bona fide info. However, as I think about it, the hint was when the brother said " I'm going to put down my notes for a minute......." He then gave info outside of the outline. Once again I apologize for sending this to you. I should have been more careful . We ARE in the time of the end and this is a lesson for me to be even more cautious. If you have already forwarded this to anyone, please inform them of this current corrected info.
