  i know alot have been leaving lately, but i have been feeling for a while, that im ready to move on, you guys have been a wonderful source of friendship, kindness and support and i couldnt have done it without you all.. im in a happy place now and it feels great.. i will pop back on every now and then to touch base and show you pics of bubs when she makes her debut.. if any want my email addy pm, i would love to keep in touch with some.

  Es, I'm no good at goodbyes and though I don't post much I enjoy all I read from the posters on the forum. I have enjoyed your posts and will miss you. Hope you will be happy in your future endeavors.

  if one is a devout jw and the devout one's parent is a professed non-christian, is the devout jw to associate with the non-christian parent?

  if so, what type of relationship is allowed according to jw teachings?

  are jw's allowed to assist an elderly non-christian parent?

  Will there be a time when NO ONE will be able to become a JW anymore?

  the witnesses always said that at some point in time, it will be too late to join, the doors will be closed.. do you believe that will happen, or is it just to scare the witnesses?

  and what would trigger the watchtower to decide, it's too late?

  Fear of being outside the organization when Armageddon would come has always terrified me. Still does, even knowing that I do not want to survive with the Witnesses if that's the only way to do it.

  Weather!

  it is so blazing hot here in houston!

  it's almost 10:00 pm and the ac is still running, and i've got the thermostat set at 80. .

  what kind of weather are you dealing with where you live this fine july?.

  It is hot here, 99 today and 101 tomorrow and the next, and the next. From watching the weather forecasters, it appears the entire country is blanketed by this heat wave. I can tolerate the cold but not the heat. The air conditioner is not working in my car and the window switch is broken (electric) so I can't roll them down. I'm pretty much imprisoned in my house. I have two small window air conditioners which help. I find myself thinking of snow.

  Went to Wilsons Prom Nat Park for the weekend (with pics)

  went down to wilsons prom for the weekend, it was great altho had to cut the weekend short mike developed a fever there.

  What is your town or area's claim to fame?

  every where you live, the local area has something about it that is either famous for something good or something bad.

  as an example, you go to one town and it may have the historial site of a famous war battle.

  you go to another an it might be the place something was invented, or the birthplace of someone famous.
