i have been thinking about this because of another post where the question asks have any of us ever been blackmailed to stay in the watchtower organization.. no, i won't say i was blackmailed; however, after i wrote my note of disassociation, the congregation overseer wanted to visit me in my home with two other elders.

i repeatedly said no, that i would not allow them to chastise me in my own home.

therefore, all of my conversations were over the phone with the overseer.

sounds too me everyone has issues with PEOPLE. That is no reason to leave Jehovah God and Jesus is it? Let those people be what they want, Jesus will judge the likes of them as for us, be determined to follow in the steps of Jesus and Love Jehovah our God with our whole being.

i had to come home early from work today because a 17 year old girl came over to me and was all upset she asked if she could come up and visit with my wife and i. she said the brothers are always picking on her and she can not do anything right.

i asked,what have you done she said nothing every time it is some one making things up and she is tired of even trying any longer.

teenagers come from over all the area they they know they can come and talk to us and we will not judge them.

ok fair enough. I know what other people think about jws intelligence. Mixed review! Some say we are nuts. some say we are not. Some agree. Some disagree with a passion, like most do on here. Thats all fine and dandy. You can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink is the attitude i have for those who stubbornly and that is the key word STUBBORNLY refuse to listen to reason and clear evidence.

We try so hard to help them without them knowing what we are doing. If the congregation ever found out we told one of the teenagers the truth about the Society the Elders would hang us from the nearest pole and the teenager would never be able to come and see us.
