Yes, Jesus' death is a means of rescuing "everyone exercising faith" in him from sin, disease, old age, and death itself. (John 3:16) Are you thankful to God for making this loving arrangement for our salvation?"

  Its true. So what is YOUR answer to that question? Are you thankful to Jehovah for making this loving arrangement for our salvation?

  if you have been following anything about my situation (likely not), i have been baptised for 20 years.

  my profile (as of today) says:i have committed no immorality.

  i have only stopped believing that the christian congregation of jehovah's witnesses represents the interests of god in any way.

  I can understand what you mean. I was with my wife all three times in the delivery room and It was hard on me. My wife always said that the labor pains are quickly forgotten when the baby is in her arms.

  i work with a guy who sleep with a lot of different woman, and when i say a lot, i mean a lot!

  i know what some are thinking, "oh he probably sleeps with a few and makes it sound like more.

  " well i would think that too, if i did not actually meet a lot of these woman and work with some of them and they admit to sleeping with him on a regular basis.

  but all this guilt tripping about god and sex and sin just make people hornier. and depressed.

  i work with a guy who sleep with a lot of different woman, and when i say a lot, i mean a lot!

  i know what some are thinking, "oh he probably sleeps with a few and makes it sound like more.

  " well i would think that too, if i did not actually meet a lot of these woman and work with some of them and they admit to sleeping with him on a regular basis.

  just musing.... from the vantage point of being "out", it seems to me that being dfed would be really, really painful, but ultimately a good thing.

  (i was shunned by my family when i finally left though, so i know a little of what a dfed person goes through, although i didn't put myself through going back to meetings and being shunned) .

  i was publicly reproved, and was not allowed to answer in meetings, but i was not shunned.

  Of course being as Servant of Jehovah I do not condone sex outside the marraige arrangement. However I do admit it is not always easy to turn down offers. Satan has used that trap for thousands of yrs. I agree with a statement made here about it..............premiscuous sex can lead to UNSAFE sex and that can cost you your life, in both senses of the word.....Oh you lovers of Jehovah, hate what is bad!
