  ok this is one for the books, my wife's great grandmother who is a miraculous 94 year old cervical and ovarian cancer survivor and a 87 year old man from the hall were just counselled on the need for a chaperon!

  it seems someone was disturbed that the two were alone in her appartment!

  she is practically housebound and his visits to shoot the breeze and talk about the old times were the highlight of her week.

  Not only is that stupid it is also incredibly sad.

  We all know how the elderly in the congregation are not looked after by them. That onus falls back on the family JW or not. Yet two elderly dubbies have been victimised and denied a rare friendship.

  I swear I hope karma bites those elders in the arse!

  at my little neighborhood grocery store, there is a bagger that's always there - mr. lamorris.

  mr. lamorris is an elderly black man, tall, thin, with graying hair, and clothing that is always too big for his skinny frame.

  but what's so sweet is his mouthful of gold teeth to match his ever present smile and positive attitude.

  i wanted a raven picture, but couldn't find one i liked...the parlor showed me one that i absolutely loved.. i'm getting this tattooed on my wrist...what do ya think of it?.

  Richie that is the Claddagh symbol... An irish celtic thing.

  It mostly comes in rings.

  • if the ring is on your right hand and pointing out it means your heart is available.
  • If it is on your right hand and the heart is pointing in it means your heart is spoken for
  • If it is on your left hand and pointing our it means your engaged
  • If it is on your right hand and pointing in it means you are married.

  (I have one on my right hand pointing in...)
