No, just inaccurate. Disingenuous means revealing less about something than you actually know. You know (or should know by now) that "Einstein did not believe in a mono-theistic personal God" and was in fact agnostic and pantheistic.

It matters because people throw that 'fact' around as an appeal to authority in an attempt to make their argument appear stronger than it is.

This is pretty simple Kate - you said "Einstein believed in God". I showed you where he said he didn't believe in a personal God.
You said Einstein didn't label himself. I showed you where he did apply labels to himself.
You then backed up a little and said he believed in an Intelligent Creator. I asked you for evidence to support this view.
You then quoted Max Jammer in support, which quote doesn't even come close to Einstein saying he believed in an Intelligent Creator.

Einstein was an agnostic Spinozan pantheist. For you to say, without qualification, "Einstein believed in God" is deliberately ambiguous - if you are hundreds of pages into a book about his religious beliefs there is no other conclusion.

Having said this if there is any evidence to support that fact there is no intelligent creator, then I will change my view
the burden of proof is 100% on believers - atheists need do nothing to support their view.
yesterday evening my wife and i were invited to friends house for new year's eve.

To summarise: It is a valid position to believe in a higer power or god but not to be able to account for what it does or doesn't do. Linking to your summary does not refute this .
