  So Albert Schroeder has at least one son Judah Ben Schroeder who is either in or has done law school sponsored by WTS and Mr Morris has two sons at Brooklyn HQ.
  
  Once these boys are in their 50's they will have a strong claim fro GB status in their own right.

  id like to help metaspy and others out on helping them overcome the manipulative language of the society.

  when it happens, we have no time to come back with a snappy answer.

  but maybe we can help in the future how the manipulative language is wrong, and how to clear the destructive fog (fear obligation guilt) in our heads.. do you think my retorts would help?

  Off topic alert.....Here's my personal favorite:

  She was basically using a thought-stopping technique that was telling her there was no need to engage me further as I was evidently speaking for and on behalf of Beelzebub.
  
  I found it insulting and hurtful as I knew exactly what she meant.

  i received my copy of barbara andersons cd paedophilia in an american religion a month or two ago, and i have been reading through it since.. what follows, although i have called this a review, is in no sense a scholarly consideration of the legal merits of the cases described, a task for which i am wholly unqualified.

  these are, rather, my subjective reflections on the material presented, the impressions i gathered while reading the legal filings, my untrained, common-man appraisal of the cases laid out in those documents.

  ill also admit to being swayed by tone of voice adopted, and to using my own common-sense yardstick in determining the reasonableness of the statements made, the responses given and the arguments put forward.

  i grew up as a jehovah's witness.

  my mother was uneducated and so we moved every 2-4 years as she tried to find stable enough work to support a child so ive attended many kingdom halls and have known many witnesses and many elders.

  i've never gone back to the witness organization and never will.

  Welcome to JWD where everyone is welcome. I hope you stick around and get to know some of the characters on the board - I've had the privilege of meeting quite a few here in 'real' life.
  
  The original purpose of JWD was to create a place where current JW's in good standing could share ideas, hopes and thoughts WITHOUT fear of retribution from the WTS. This in itself should tell us everything we need to know about the WTS. Obviously since that original purpose JWD has become a place more for ex-JW's and those in the process of starting to doubt 'the Truth' or on the way out. I personally found JWD a great help as it let me see that others felt as I did.
  
  Perhaps you could explain one thing to me from your 1st post on this thread. You said that you had difficulty developing social skills which has had an ongoing effect throughout your life, yet you also said that you had maintained contact with hundreds of JW's over an extended period. I'm unclear about which of these statements is the most accurate - perhaps you can expand on that for me?
