he did a version of this song at madison square gardens with a cast of hundreds inc gospel choir and other choirs...it was absolutely heart rending

Does anyone remember snowbound by the police (In the 70's) or it may have been snowman.....I haven't heard it in years....It was haunting.
are you sure this was by the police...i cant see any mention of a song with anything resembling this title in any of the police's or sting's discography.
genesis (the phil collins era) had a song called 'snowbound' which included the line 'hey you're a snowman'..this would be about 1978/9 on the album 'and then there were three'

the soul cages' is a much underated sting album in my opinion...and it includes my 2nd fave - why should i cry for you?
