OK smarty pants, post something simple that most people don't know.

if you have a car with a mechanical speedometer and odometer, not digital, and if you back up, will your mileage on the dial back up?.
7 miles on the odometer and you back up, for a few hundred feet, will the mileage also back up slowly to 47,108.6 and so on....?.

Canadians will need a "Passport" to enter the US, starting next year
by JH ini read that late next year, canadians who will want to go to the us, will need a passport.. it was so easy to go to the us in the past.
now, when you cross the border, you need lots of id, and they even ask for you birth certificate.. but, late next year, canadians will need a passport to enter the us.. knowing this, i went to the post office to get a form to fill up, in order to get my canadian passport.
i was surprised to see all those questions on that form.

by HadEnuf indear friends and fellow forum members...it has come to the point in my planning of the 1st annual apostacheesefest at my home; that i really haven't the faintest idea of how to run this thing.
i am actually quite "socially retarded" and have not had a large gathering at my home since...hmmmmm...since i don't know when!
so i beseech anyone out there who has attended or put on an apostafest...what are some good ideas to make it easy for me and yet fun for everyone.

No worries. If your hubby doesnt want to sit at the grill, my bf would be glad to do it. You will have plenty of side dishes coming. And if you would like, I can also pick up things like paper plates, forks, ketchup and all that good stuff, so your not stuck with all of it. Have everyone bring their own booze and coolers full of Ice. We can all help clean up as we go too, if you keep a few garbage cans out, one for trash, one for beer bottles. It will be just fine, you have plenty of people to help you out! Once you get a head count, you could also assign things to the people so you dont get too much of the same thing. Me, my bf and jh would be glad to come early also and help you, were not that far away! I have to agree with Dustin, your kitty pool full of ice, and we should be just fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smile, it will be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im df'd and i have a family member who will still go to the bar with me, come to my house and hang out with me, but in certain situations, he wont because the witnesses may may see.
places like restaurants where the witnesses frequently go, it wont happen.

This is the major, and most important thing I have that I just do not agree with in this religion. Jehaovah is a loving god! So, would he really expect families to shun one another? Others, maybe for bad association I can agree with. But not family! After being df'd, a funeral can bring all of my family members to talk to me, but never after?????? WTF? Why is it ok then? And not now? I dont understand their whole thinking process.
