Oh, this one I know about. In the mid-80’s before I got baptized I got hauled before a JC for smoking. I then got promptly announced from the platform as “bad association” and should treated as if I was DF’d. All that was after I pretty much begged for help in the JC being truly sorry and feeling guilty, but that is a story for another thread.

The law states you can place a child in a dangerous situation. With that you can charge MJ and the kid’s mother. I saw all the interviews after the case, not one juror mentioned the lack of evidence, the mentioned how much the disliked the kids mom. They let their emotions towards the mom override everything. As I said, our system isn’t perfect but it’s the best one out there.

There I think you nailed it. He should not be allowed kids in the manner that he has been. Getting off scott-free empowers him, he must think he’s untouchable now.

No, because he ADMITTED on TV he shares his bed with children and his past history. I feel bad for the next kid. This gives him a green light for the next time. Our system isn’t perfect. This just proves that.
