1.....can you wave your wand and make everyone forget about the nonsense that occurred here of late?!
2.....can you help ease all here who are really ill, let them have no pain, just smiles and laughter and to know real love and compassion amongst friends?!
3......and can you make sure I win the lottery on Wednesday night? I'd really like to visit my family in California ?!

The deer are so beautiful. Last year, there was a photo of a young albino deer in my local newspaper, and I'm sure every hunter in the area was out looking for it. She was gorgeous.

LMAO.....I dislike ALL the 70's easy listening crap.... Did not like the 60's garbage either, except for the Stones... Watson, you went on and on about AC/DC looking fat ,old and bald, did you catch the Stones at half time last year? OMG....they really need to hang up their guitars... Don't get me wrong, their music is awesome, I love it, but they need to seriously stop the live shows now...they look like skeletons.

I HAVE MADE A DECISION TO LEAVE
by Maddie ini haven't been on jwd for the last few days as my good friend had her mum die suddenly and i have been spending time just being there for my friend.. i was shocked and saddened to hear that trevor and linda was a sham.
it's sometimes hard not to become cynical with life and not trust anyone when this sort of thing happens.. i have made a big decision and i hope that i don't live to regret it.
i have posted that i have been trying to "fade" as my son and his family are jw's and i don't want to lose them because of being shunned.

Maddie, I think you have to be true to yourself, and do what's best for you. I hope it works out for you, and I hope your son and his family, join you too. THAT, would be awesome.
I have too, been df'd before, and then reinstated. Not a nice feeling.
Fading has worked well for me, and I have no desire to change things any time soon. I don't look over my shoulder....I carry on. I still live in the same city as the congregation I left. Same address....witnesses living close by....
We all have to do what is best, and what feels right, for us. Best of wishes to you.

i understand traditionally lights go on the day after thanksgiving...right?
so...my question is do you start that day or weeks before so you can sit back and enjoy the lights getting flipped on the day after thanksgiving??
