Yes Scholar....so much disagreement out there on 586 or 587...so don't trust either and use 607....that's stupid!
Yet they all pinpoint it to 586/587 NOT 607. Go stick your head up Freddy Franz dead arse to see if you can find some New Light Scholar.

On a whim, stopped by the library for books on Jerusalems destruction
by ithinkisee inso i was driving by the library on my way home today and remembered i do have a library card and decided to go in and do my own research on 607 bce.
i figured i might find a book or two in our little old library.
i did a search on the library's computers for "jerusalem history" and got a handful of books ... i wrote down the dewey decimal number (or whatever it is) of one of them (they are all in the same general section) and headed to the reference wing of the library.

Belief-O-Meter Know Your Faith...

I thought all these results were very interesting. I found this little gem a few years ago and had a couple of friends that were Unitarians. After my belief-o-meter said I was close to their beliefs I checked them out and was pleasantly surprised. It's alot like this board. Lots of opinions on God, salvation, creation etc.... and it's ok to disagree! They also helped me to understand Buddhism better. I had also attended a "gay wedding" at the Unitarian church and found it intersting.
Did anyone else do a little research on their #1 or #2 religions on their list? -

I would say that she should probably forget the incidence because that brother will probably say that SHE was the one that saved those photos to the harddrive.
Of course poor brother Dan may also not be a computer savvy person....not realizing that spam and random web pages get cached....or maybe it was a son of his. Sadly, I'm sure Kesha has been running an innuendo and gossip attack already. For the life of me I've never understood why the BOE dismisses improper behavior when it comes to "go lay fault with your brother, so he may repent". Never in all the JC or BOE incidents I've been involved in has the person come to me. A**holes!
I'm mad now! I'm going for more coffee. -

How do you trust your partner?
by sonnyboy indoes anyone really trust their girlfriend/boyfriend around members of the appropriate sex?.
i thought we had some form of trust, but i dropped my biotch off at the car dealership today and noticed a rather long conversation going on with a "questionable" neighbor (one that we've talked about before in a sexual way).
so, how do you go about building trust in a relationship?
-

There's the crux. No matter which flavor relationship you pick. No matter which rules. You must trust your mate / mates to live by the rules agreed upon. Loves a cruel mistress....but still worth it in my book.

We are in an open relationship so therefore this isn't an issue as such. It's only sex at the end of the day after all.

Wow...13. I stopped at 12. But of course had the same result as you. As I argued with "Scholar" on the 33 page thread.....
Scholar you say the WTBS is correct and everyone else is wrong on this. You tell me I can trust the WTBS on secular matters like this. I'm supposed to trust this same outfit that once told us that aluminium cookware was hazzardous to our health and would kill us. That vaccinations were a "pus and hadn't saved a single life". That space travel was mere fantasy and impossible. That the human body "fed" on blood and all sorts of medical nonsense. This list can go on and on. The WTBS track record on secular matters is awful. So I'm now supposed to trust them over 100's of other experts that disagree with them? I think not!
The WTBS is the only major group that needs 607 to be "fact". This is the WTBS core tenant that must hold together. Other religions do not live or die by subscribing to 587 or 607. Only the Dub's HAVE to use 607, otherwise their reason for being is nullified. It's in their vested interest to keep up this charade.
Since the Dub's are the ONLY true religion you would like to think that their core tenant would be historically accurate and easy to verify. Why trust an organization that can't clearly substaniate history? Jesus us told us to examine all things. I've examined this and know 607 is NOT right. -

Daniel's Prophecy, 605 BCE or 624 BCE?
by Little Bo Peep inhello all, i've been reading your site for a couple of years now, and have found, for the most part, it to be very helpful.
i must say, at first i was very "scared" at what i might find, but contrary to what i grew up learning, there is a "wealth" of information outside of the watchtower organization.
i haven't attended meetings for about two years now, and like many i've read about, have spent many hours researching, telling myself "i'm not wrong for searching", and doing more research.

The only thing that the WTBS is abundant in is hot air and lies. The wicked slave is puffed up with pride. The WTBS has abused Christ's flock and are bloodguilty for their transgressions.
You are going to have to answer to the big guy when your time is up for deceiving people and allowing Satan to use you like this.
May God have mercy on your soul Scholar.
