  I shudder at the very thought of being born again into this world. Life to me has been a monstrous, painful agonizing affair and the idea of repeating such an existence, even in a better way, is horrifying to me. Once I'm done with this life I don't want to come back.

  minnesota rep. michele bachmann won a test vote of iowans on saturday, a show of strength five months before the state's caucuses kick off the gop presidential nominating season.. the result is the first indication of what iowans think of the field of republicans competing for the chance to challenge president barack obama next fall.

  but it's hardly predictive of who will win the winter iowa contest, much less the party nod or the white house.. well... there goes the neighborhood....

  Migraines?

  so, i get a migraine a few times a year.

  i usually take some advil and i'm fine.. but, this past month, i've had about 4 migraines.

  one is coming on right now, and i'm about to take an advil.

  Magesium is good for migraines. Had a coworker who used to get migraines all the time and she started taking a magesium supplement and she says she does not get them anymore, or at least she hasn't since she has been taking extra magesium.
