  i dont know, just things happen so smooth lately if i'm just care free. like i dont know if i should invite all my friends who like to party to come with me to a party. or like tonight i went to the club by myself b/c my friends got caught traffic but still i danced with like 10 girls and no rejects. still i felt lonely. but when i got back on campus and started walking, this girl came along and i walked her to her dorm. its just wierd how things happen like this.

  there are a few films that i really connect with that sum up my j-dub experiences........ .

  shawshank redemption: if you've ever "served time" at bethel, you can't help but connect with this film.

  institutionalization, mental persecution and "andy dufrene crossing through 500 yards of shit, came out clean on the other side.

  need advice getting involved with the hall more. i got advice from a book to just leave the door open, but my hall is like a balcony hotel. and my room is at the very end.

  ok, i like to tell myself to worry about now and what can i do to solve problems.

  i don't like to worry and think about the past.

  well, i was out with a couple friends i met, we were going to the movies, and i got in an accident.

  thanks, it feels like life is always getting better. i can remember back when i was working back home, back before i went to prom, i felt so oppressed. a coworker told me things will get better.

  Reasons for having a "Worldly" boy/girlfriend while still in?

  when i was a still a teenage jw ( sounds like a bad b movie drive in flick ) i had a "worldly" boyfriend.

  i didn't want anything to do with the jw's but knew i wasn't strong enough to just walk away.

  he became the focus of my family's hatred and the reason they believed i left (nothing could have been farther from the truth) this helped me to avoid explantions of why i didn't believe.

  yep, same here. when my roommate moved in here, his parents came with him and i went out to eat with them. they get along so well, and it sounds like they his girlfriend like a daugther. when i brought girl over to my pool and my parents were home. my mom was freaking out and calling her dirty because she was worldy, and she thinks only witness girls are clean.

  he's cool, but he's got a girlfriend. i don't think i'll start a relationship first semester. speaking of that, i kinda fell for a girl from fish camp, but i'm over it after partying all night last night with some other girls from fish camp. great stuff.

  most importantly, i've made so many friends. i love college, it's like a new life with no past. its great not having to attend meetings, having no rules, but i need limits.

  really though, did i get this far because i was raised a witness? just think what my life would be like right now if i lived the lifestyle i choose to live now?

  fish camp was cool because it gave a chance to meet our class mates before we even moved into campus. so i already had friends. its cool that i can workout now, and i got a bike. its so awesome. and i'll definitely do street signs and other kinds of signs. cool ones.
