My take on this...The R&F believe they are receiving information diectly from FDS (aka God), which Worldly folks are excluded from (surely this means the End is near, and if we leave NOW, we also won't get this Spiritual food).
The WTBTS will profit by printing less crap, but I suspect for the same amount of 'donations'...as the average JW will just 'pay' the same as they did before.

many jws defend the wt's approach to child abuse accusations requiring two witnesses to the act of molestation because it is thought that most accusations are not true.
this argument came up when i was in bethel.
But, in fact, two witnesses include the victim and one other person
In my opinion, the 2 Witnesses are the victim and God (as 'God is my witness')

yesteray evening my wife told me that my 2 boys asked the elder to become publisher.. they are 13 and 10 age.. the elder was very polite , and ask my wife to have my opinion regarding this.. i'm going to talk the oldest boy (not taking in consideration the 10 yrs old one).. i would like not to be so drastic and not offend him, but i have to start some point to tell him some truth regarding this organization .. any suggestion ?.
Just a thought - if children below 'working age' (I think it's 12 in UK, and they have to obtain a permit from local authority and specific hours are allowed), are going door to door with WT literature...is it strictly 'legal'?

So he pleaded guilty prior to the trial starting? Because he knew the evidence would convict him, and pleading guilty brings a lesser sentence....and maybe a 'guilty plea' will be interpreted as repentence by his Congregation and they can 'legitimately' condemn the poor victim!

As Gill said - JWs who have been convicted of this crime are seen/perceived to be 'expelled' from the Congregation as they are physically absent...but with this Porter-perv at least the JWs and the public can see how the WT views paedos.
