  As I have stated in the past, whatever enviroment exists where there are kids present, you will always find vultures among them looking for a meal. This happens in daycares, schools, churchs, summer camps, Hollywood movie sets...........................................

  Why the "New Light" in the July 15 Watchtower?

  it seems to me that in the past large flashes of "new light" have come when the governing body was backed into a corner.

  for example the multiple re-defining of what a generation is until it ended up the ridiculous "overlapping" meaning.. what is the reason this time?

  are they worried because the number of partakers has been going up?

  If man evolved?

  i know anyone who believes in evolution is going to say that there is no 'if' about it.

  however.... if man evolved over hundreds of thousands of years ago, why were there only about 200-300 million people alive 2,000 years ago?

  surely there'd have been many billions by then?.

  do you ever look back and cringe thinking of things you said or how you acted in the door-to-door ministry?.

  I do regret the crap I put my non-JW parents through. I would often marginalize their experiences they encountered at their church and insist that it was all in vain because we had the truth. I am so thankful they did not reciprocate when I left the Borg.

  When I joined I was still considering that God was real but that I was looking in the wrong places. Now I am comfortable that there is no such heavenly daddy and I am living in the now.

  how can you tell if your business successes are coming from satan or god?

  because if your work gets real busy and you miss some meetings and/or fs, is that how you tell that it's from satan?

  but then if you contribute a big amount every week, is it from jehovah?

  It comes from neither. Material success comes from hard work in some cases and with others it comes by way of swindling and conniving.

  today i added a new article to my blog showing part of a never before publicized letter where the watchtower organization makes admission of how jehovahs witnesses actually responded to the 1990 change to its complete donation arrangement.

  I disassocated by sending them a letter some 21 years ago. With hindsight, I agree with the folks who suggest that you just fade away, unless you have no other family or close friends that you want to maintain a relationship with.
