  i have been having a really crappy day (except for the 2 hours i had coffee and chat with talesin .

  i can't believe how understanding and co-operative they were.

  my mom did say, "i bet you don't think we handled it correctly.

  I am right there with you kwin. It is a very dificult road to travel. I thank God that my wife is here with me every step. However, we here are for you as well. Taking the first step is the hardest. But once you start down the road, you will start to feel that you are finaly in control. You will see what happened to you with a clear mind. And you will finaly be able to look him/her in the face and spit in it.

  Not exactly sure, but the woman who molested me showed alot of interest in another boy while she was molesting me. I am getting close to finding him.

  Yes,

  Somehow a recent Supreme Court ruleing found it unconstitutional to not have a statute of limitations on child molestation/abuse. As a result, the victim must come forward before their 26th birthday. Otherwise, like in my case, the perpetratior can no longer be held liable or responsible. In other words, sexual abusing pedofiles like my attacker are now protected by the law.

  Again thank you so much for all of your concerns.

  It gives me a lot of strength to see that I am not the only one. I feel empowered with the knowledge of that, and the insight that you have given me. In thease short hours I have seeked legal representation, and have taken the first dificult steps towards resolution. Hopefully soon I can finaly be rid of the trauma that was my youth in the Jehovah's Witnesses.

  Love and Noris told me that the civil statute ends at age 26. I am 26. As far as the criminal statute, she is unclear about it in California. I have my tape recorder ready for the phone call. Thank you so much for giving me all this advice in this time of need.

  I was just told that the statute of limitations ran out on my case already. Nice. I get abused, and there is now no way to bring her to justice.
