  barbara was seeking contacts in other nations so this may have been to confirm that something going on was and is going on internationally.

  this means that the "evidence" she needed and had was focused on the u.s. branch so that she needed the confirmation for other nations as well.

  meanwhile bill bowen was gone an unusually long period of time from his website.

  I agree that child molestation is a horrible thing...but it just seems so out-there to regular ranks and files. For people who have never experienced or witnessed that, it's just another "imperfection", because as they love to say, they are just humans, and it happens everywhere. I know for sure, that if it's related to that subject it won't ruffle a feather, at least for my dad.

  well, typically, a born again christina is a guy who is at the end of his tether, and doesn't give a f*ck about much anymore, and is depressed and cuts himself.

  and then one day, on just a typical weekday, he meets a girl named christina, and she is so sweet and she gives him his faith again.

  his faith in humanity and the universe.

  BIG NEWS Email Clearing House

  consider me a player.

  i am interested in supporting the "big news" news blitz by coordinating a clearing house of jw email addresses.

  most of us have a handful of jw email contacts, others may have whole address books filled of them.

  Hmmm...would an advance email be too much? (I know some people who object the Big News hype will want to shoot me!)lol But maybe get people curious, just like we are all now. Maybe some phrase that wouldn`t give anything away but would make people wait for the news.

  Or perhaps this is a bad idea....might result in them getting defensive. Well, it was just an idea...and I`m tired...going to sleep now.

  Bedridden morbidly obese people

  every now and then i see a news article about a 600 pound man or woman who is so fat they are bedridden and cannot get out of bed.

  they normally need a family member to clean them on a regular basis and feed them.

  i once saw an article about a man whos skin had literally bonded with the fabric upholstery of his couch and needed to have to fabric surgically removed.. ive been sitting here wondering.

  yeah, I guess I should have know that! (Followed a couple of diets) but I thought, maybe, just maybe...because I really can`t understand why I person would just let themselves go so completly. There *has* to be some problem.

  But now that I`ve read the other posts...well, I guess it might be some kind of a mental problem, right? Not to be rude...

  if i told you that something bigger is on the horizon than dateline, bbc, cbc, sunday (australia), and all other tv programs which exposed the sexual child abuse cover-up by watchtower in 2002-2003, would you believe me?

  I am waiting for it, and now I told my mother, and she is waiting for it just as bad as I am. My dad is a JW and is trying to bring in my little brother so the rest of us are eagerly waiting for even the smallest glimpse of help in the debate.

  Darn! I feel like when I was a kid and it was only a matter of days before the Lion King would come out on video!lol Except it's much more easy to wait when you have an actual date. And this is much more important stuff!

  Hmmm....maybe it's actually some kind of illness, where they keep on pilling the pounds even if they eat very little. Or maybe the family members just don't have the heart to deny them some fried chicken...I realy don't know, but I'd like to be explained....awk, my mind is just totally taken over by the expectation of the Big News!

  I purchased this book less than five months ago and have already found it wonderfully effective in shooting down the arguments of fundamentalist Christian 'apologists' who show up at my doorstep. I've read many books listing scriptural contradictions and mistakes, but none of them had such an all-encompassing scope as this one. There were errors pointed out by McKinsey that I had never heard or read anywhere before. A must-have for anyone wanting freedom from the bondage of an oppressive, literalistic religion. Anyone who could believe the Bible to be inerrant after reading this simply proves that such a belief is not based on 'truth' or facts to begin with.
