Why did Jesus Christ come to the earth? The rebellion in the garden of Eden brought a death sentence upon Adam and Eve and all their offspring, but God lovingly supplied hope. He sent his Son to the earth to provide what the Bible calls a ransom. (Matthew 20: 28) What does that mean? Well, Jesus was "the last Adam"; he succeeded where Adam had failed.
Wouldn't Jesus of had to have had a wife to lose by his choosing obedience to truly succeed where adam had failed? Was it not ultimately the decision adam had to make; remain faithful and lose his soul mate, the love of his life (I would assume), or transgress to keep her and stand by her. And standing by her was a mandate of the marital vows, no?

to achieve jehovah's blessings, the brothers and sisters must have the right heart motivation; to conduct their work in joy and love and remind themselves that the load is not burdensome.. but what if the work is boring and burdensome?
what if in the organization and scheduling of "god's organization", the spirit of the law has been lost?.

Not sure if Debator speaks from experience or not, I do. I was in for pushing 40 years over 10 as servant or elder, which meant often I was stuck taking the lead in a car group. I can honestly say that it was something I did under duress and I know for a certainty that the majority of others had a similar experience. If it were not for the coffee break that often stretched to half an hour or more many would not have been able to make themselves go.

Ray Franz Was Wrong

although i never met him personally, he and i did correspond a number of times, and i have numerous friends who have not only met him, but stayed several days with he and cynthia at their home.
if nothing else, ray was kind, non-judging, and generous.
