The person who wrote the article did not identify "Elvis Plaku" correctly. He is not a member of Jehova's Witnesses in Tirana, so much less is he a representative for them.
Elvis Plaku is an evangelical believer who lives in Tirana, Albania and is administrator for an Albanian Christian Website www.albkristian.com
This is just a clarification.
