Its a case of having to rewrite their own history to make this current teaching match. Before now they blamed church leaders, now its the State. How could they (the journal) possibly get this historic event so wrong for the last 100 years?

Is this really happening? Can any non JW.Org people verify that this is happening? If real, is this also happening to other religions in this area?
There seems to be so many surveillance camera's operating with these so called planters doing this action in full view of these cameras. Would they not remove the video recorders or tapes?
They have there heads covered to avoid identification but its OK to plant banned stuff in full camera view. Sounds like the only reason they broke in is to plant banned stuff and then have the police find it. If genuine, would you not plant these banned items in such a way that no one could tell, and with no chance of cameras recording it. That guy looks to be doing it in such a way that he wants the camera to catch him.
Sorry, I am a bit skeptical when it come to this sort of behavior.

You are right, when I joined in the late 80's, we were already deep, deep, deep in the time of the end. Unlikely to get the the year 2000 said one Watchtower back then.
But as I am told now by my relatives who are JW.org followers, "There is more new light now than back then, this time we are truly deep, deep in the time of the end, and this system will end any day now".
It doesn't help when we have a CO tell us from the stage that "It is an inspired expression of error to not believe the end will come in our lifetime".

God's Kingdom Rules & other publications...Have you noticed ????
by tor1500 ini was just doing my midweek studying...reading god's kingdom rules book...so far has anyone noticed many of the stories mention australia.
page 73 a momentous convention...a convention was held in july of 1931 & it was transmitted via more than 450 radio stations in australia, etc....they seem to mention australia more & more in the wt, books, etc.
this is a set-up...keep on watch...this book is being studied at this time for a reason...how timely.

New Resolution?
by NikL inhad our midweek meeting last night.
they had a resolution to send an extra (i wanna say $1100 but i only remember it was at least $1000) per month to forward the kingdom preaching work etc.. you know how they work in the kh...no one votes against anything.
i abstained as i almost have always done.

What happens if that amount is not sent one month, are they then in the red?
Well this happened to our congregation recently. Elders brought a gazebo for shade while cart witnessing, new carts and some kh maintaince. Using the donated money, but it meant that month we sent under our monthly branch payment. What happened? We had read out to us from the stage a very rude letter from the branch telling that we need to make sure that we meet our monthly payments, making sure our yes means yes etc. Absolutely no sign of Christian forgiveness from them because we couldn't find enough money for that month. Disgusting.
