Anyone who has attended this year's RC notice the elimination of the phrase 'Spirit Directed Organization' in the second baptismal question?
Not at this convention, but at another assembly a few weeks ago that phrase was dropped. Fyi out of 650 in attendance, only 2 baptized.

"be bold" circuit assembly in conyers, ga (usa) today.. average attendance was 1220...5 baptized....mid aged or olders ones, no kids.
must be near the end...the "speeding up" is slowing down?
It is clearly "speeding up", just not anywhere we are.
The attendance in the assembly's I go to are also declining and baptisms dropping. Only 2 out of 650 last month. One of the talks even talked about how fast the organization is growing and that there is a large demand for more kingdom halls. I'm guessing it must be in some isolated non english speaking country that no one as heard of because its certainly not in this country, and I'm not in USA.

International Conventions, where rules change and those observing think its all so great and wonderful. We had an international Convention in our area about 6 years ago, and some of the performances that were put on from the local congregations made you go "WHAT THE.."? My JW wife was even shocked by one cultural performance that was put on has entertainment, they were doing some dances/performances, where she had written a letter to her work management, explaining that as a JW she could not be involved with that kind of stuff. Then to see it openly performed at a convention and it was announced on stage that it had approval of head office.
sorry for the grammar and spelling errors if any..(me 29 raised in the org) (gf 25 not raised) just left her at the hospital with (call her sara).. sara had just ingested half a bottle of her antidepressant pill and half a bottle of melatonin.
this took place after a discussion we where having about a recent event that took place.
long story short, sara told me she slept with my best friend/coworker(call him tim) after a argument we had, the morning after it supposedly happened.. i was pretty torn but i was maintaining and i even thought sara was lying because tim was such a good friend.
It's a scarey thought, but it is truly concerning the high number of both successful and unsuccessful JW suicides I have heard about or have know personally over the 30 years I've been trapped involved with this religion.

tony tightpants has the "morning worship" featurette in the march jw broadcast.. he appears to be hoping that someone will be videotaping the slaughter of 7 billion men, women, and children at armageddon.. quote is something like "we have some really good videographers here at bethel, but i don't think even they could capture what will happen.
still, all things are possible with god..." (not exact, but that is the gist).. and of course morris imagines himself as one of the "anointed", who will be the ones, per wt doctrine, to conduct the slaughter.. it takes a special kind of hubris, arrogance, and sadism to wish that you yourself could be filmed in the act of slaughtering billions of people.. i've encountered a lot of jws with "dark souls", but based on his public comments, i'd say morris has teh blackest one i've seen.. if he says stuff like this for broadcast to 8 million + jws, what does he say in private?

Did he really say something along the lines of the above, what the OP of this tread has said? I haven't watched that watchtower video to verify this, but this would be one of the most vilest things anyone could think or say following on from what has happened here in NZ with this terrorist filming and broadcasting his massacre.
