  sonnyboy ~ Only the left?

  Sometimes both when it's hot and muggy, but usually only the left when I'm nervous. My dad is the exact opposite...he's a right only.

  I'll have to look into Drysol. I've tried just about every antiperspirant on the market and they have little effect.

  my all time worst movie was arnold i saw it in about 1974. had roddy mcdowell.

  I also hated Dick Tracey.

  The characters were all deformed and the makeup was terrible...it's not for the weak stomached. Then you had to put up with that dirty little kid eating all the time and listening to Madonna's forced screeching throughout every scene. My throat hurt just listening to her sing.

  I've never been able to sit through that one either.

  some researchers say that the best test of artificial intelligence is to have a human interact with the program and other living humans, then have the first person try to guess which one is real and which one is not.

  i happened across this article and it made me wonder if automated bots on the internet are getting intelligent enough to pass this test.

  ironically, these bots were designed to play games and not to pass the aforementioned test.. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/4165880.stmstudent held over online mugging .

  Someone was actually arrested for stealing someone's virtual possessions in an online computer game?

  To some people, these items are 'real'. They sell them on eBay and people pay outrageous prices.

  I've seen Everquest items go for thousands of dollars. Here's an example of what people are buying:

  Although I hated Napoleon, I'd have to say my least favorite is 2001: A Space Odyssey.

  For the love of Gawd, this movie is horrible. Watching this flick is less exciting than watching paint dry. I've heard people say how wonderful it is so I've tried sitting through it several times. Hey, I'll give anything a chance.

  Each time I felt like pulling my hair out. Who in their right mind wants to sit there and watch a close-up of some astronaut sleeping for 5 MINUTES STRAIGHT? Am I missing something here? Regardless of what the chimps and giant space fetus were supposed to represent, who wants to stare at them for extended periods of time? Kubrick must have been on some righteous sh!t while making this piece of garbage.

  Unless you have an unlimited attention span or are stoned off your mind on PCP, stay away from 2001. It's mind-numbing.

  one of the most used analogies used is the "jehovah's like a loving father holding your hand and leading you, you can trust him like a little child trusts his father".

  so today, after the meeting, one of the elders from my jc walks up to me and my mother and asks if we had time to talk.

  thankfully, i had to get to work, and mom wasn't feeling great.

  we said today wasn't good.. so basiccally he said that he and another brother want to meet with us on wednsday night, after the tms, to "see how things are going".. so here's quandry:.

  Not sure I want to / can deal with that now.

  At your age, I can understand that. If you plan on going to college you may want to get your parents' funding before making your move.

  I stopped going to meetings at around 15 (except for memorial services, which continued for a few more years), but I tried every excuse in the book before that to stay home. My parents would yell at and threaten me until I finally put on my cheap, Sears suit and got in the car.

  God I'm glad those days are over! Life is so much simpler now, even though I have bills to pay.

  Paying bills > Kingdom Hall.
